This 1-hour experience is designed for people who want to try something new, exciting and surprisingly approachable. Even if you have never tried e-foiling before, the lesson is structured step by step to help you understand the basics, build confidence and feel comfortable on the board.
Your lesson begins with a short introduction to the equipment and the way the board works. With guidance from the instructor, you will learn how to use the handheld wireless remote, control your speed and understand the key basics before getting on the water.
Safety is an important part of the lesson, so you will first go through the essential rules and learn how to control the board in a safe and enjoyable way. The focus is on balance, steering and speed control, making the experience clear and approachable for first-timers.
During the lesson, you and the instructor stay connected through a BB Talking communication system, allowing real-time guidance while you are on the water. This makes learning easier and more effective, and most people are able to understand the basics within the first 45 minutes.

ActivityThe first 15 minutes take place on land, where you will get a short introduction to the e-foil equipment, learn how to use the handheld remote and go through the basic safety rules before entering the water.

ActivityThe rest of the lesson takes place on the water, where you will practice balance, speed control and the basics of riding step by step.
